The waitlist

The Site currently lets you join a waitlist to be notified when SmokiesApp launches. Joining the waitlist does not create any obligation on our part to provide the app or any particular feature, deal, or partnership, and does not guarantee access. We may change, delay, or discontinue the app or any planned offering at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• Submit information that is false, or that belongs to someone else without permission;
• Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including the SmokiesApp name, logo, text, and graphics — are owned by SmokiesApp and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our prior written permission.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Any sample content shown on the Site (such as illustrative activity previews) is for demonstration only and does not reflect real-time data.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmokiesApp will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
